Welcome to the Historic Landmark Bed and Breakfast
This beautiful, casual, historic house is the oldest and best example of the Craftsman style of architecture found in the village of Seaside on the Monterey Peninsula. Built in 1910 by the Phelps family and located on a half-acre property, surrounded by organic gardens with private, gated parking, this property has views of Monterey Bay. Seaside is considered to be the sunniest place on the Bay.
Room #1 - The Sandpiper
This room boasts a lovely view of Monterey Bay, a queen size four poster bed, organic sheets, private bath with shower, a cozy wood stove and sitting area to curl up and enjoy at the end of your site seeing day.
Room #2 - The Hummingbird
The hand finished Craftsman style king bed with organic sheet is a treat at then of a long travel day. This large room has a partial view of Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz mountains.
Room #3 - The Finch
This cozy little nook with an antique single bed and organic sheets is perfect for the solo traveler. The room has everything you need for comfort plus a large closet.
Room #4 - The Crows Nest
What was originally the sun room is now a bright single occupancy room with an antique full bed and organic sheets. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views of Monterey from the almost 360 degree view.
Room #5 - The Morning Dove
One large bedroom (queen size) with an attached second smaller bedroom (full bed) and bathroom in our private home, fireplace, hardwood floors with natural fiber area rug, sitting area, desk, wireless internet, view of Monterey Bay from the garden.
