THE HOUSE:
This room may be rented as a 1 bedroom ($145 per night, double occupancy), 2 bedroom ($195 per night, accommodating a third person) or as a single occupancy ($99 per night). This suite is perfect for groups of three. Please let us know in advance how many people. Age 12 and older.
This beautiful, casual, historic house is the oldest and best example of the Craftsman style of architecture found in the village of Seaside on the Monterey Peninsula. Built in 1910 by the Phelps family and located on a half-acre property, surrounded by organic gardens with private, gated parking, this property has views of Monterey Bay. Seaside is considered to be the sunniest place on the Bay.
AVAILABLE :
One large bedroom (queen size) with an attached second smaller bedroom (full bed) and bathroom in our private home, fireplace, hardwood floors with natural fiber area rug, sitting area, desk, wireless internet, view of Monterey Bay from the garden. We supply Dr Bronners everything soap and 2in 1 shampoo/conditioner, q-tip cotton swabs, makeup remover pads but you will want to bring your shampoo and toiletries if these aren’t sufficient. Continental breakfast served in the dining room each morning, featuring an organic and/or natural selection with GF options . Access to washer/dryer/iron.
Rooms are cleaned with environmentally friendly products.
Minutes from all the great tourist attractions, Fairgrounds, Race Track, Beaches museums, restaurants, cafes, grocery and drug stores.

Come and enjoy all that Monterey Bay has to offer from Santa Cruz to Big Sur:
The Monterey Bay Aquarium, historic Cannery Row, whale watching, wine tasting in Carmel Valley, fishing, cycling or a stroll along one of the many beaches. We are located less than a mile from Del Monte Beach where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea lions, otters and various ocean birds of this protected marine sanctuary. We are also minutes from the Laguna Seca Race Track, the Monterey Fairgrounds (Jazz festival, Blues Festival!) and of course, if golf is your pleasure, Monterey Bay is the place to come!

*Note, this is a private home, no smoking, 18 yrs of age and older please. We do have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs.
